Trust your head cold is better now as you were truly lucky having nothing to do and vic didnt work anyhow....as drove down to the psychology trainers weekend with head in a fog and back with head in a fog and in a sea fog too chasing me back and drove back 90 miles only to get lost 1 mile from home so discovered a new village I'd never been to before...seriously weekend was ace and dorset village/coast pure magic if rather demanding...at least raised energy levels and worked better than vic or vit C...

the weekend was truly magical..and cyberhugs to anyone with much empathy who has sensitive hell-like sinuses, a head that hurts and a cough or needing desperate tlc....and feel like they either need shooting or their head is not functioning very effectively...

lots of love and cyberhugs and healing thoughts and a big cyberhug to our #112F too for persevering with those crutches too...

well its uphill from here,

"life can only get better"..is in some song somewhere..

Greetings milady - the first quote above explains the second - haven't had the energy to follow the Jaunts in the flirting arenas, so trust everyone is abiding by the rules.
